If you can’t make your appointment, please let us know 24hrs before where possible so we can give someone else the pleasure of our time and witty humour!
We get it…. Life happens and the next thing you know you’re running late…. Just give us a heads up so we can make sure you can have the best experience possible and our other clients won’t be delayed too. We cannot guarantee any appointments over 10mins late. We will try get as much of your appointment done as we can in the time left but we must be fair to our next client so please understand this. In some cases, we may not be able to take you at all.

If you can’t make your appointment and don’t let us know, you leave us no other choice but to charge you on your next visit. Online bookings will be charged on the same day.
All waxing, tinting, lash extensions and lash lifts require a patch test at least 24 hrs before your treatment. This is standard practice since the beginning of time!!! It’s YOUR responsibility to make sure you come in for one regardless if you’ve had the treatment done elsewhere.
No permission from Mam or Dad….
We won’t do gels/acrylics, lash extensions or tans on anyone under 16 years.
